You’ll find this button as the second button directly below the input field on the dashboard. What makes this feature especially useful is that you’re not just generating an image, but can also actively steer the result. You can experiment with colors, style, and dimensions so the image better fits what you want to convey. You can also add images for inspiration to make it clearer which direction you want to take. In addition, you can easily work from version to version, allowing you to keep improving an image step by step. With annotations, you can indicate very precisely what should be changed, so you can make targeted adjustments. This makes image creation in AI-Corporate not only easier, but also more creative and more goal-oriented.

Automatic Speaker Recognition and Gemini 3.5 Flash Now Available

New models are now available in AI-Corporate to help you work even more efficiently. The most important addition is the new model for the transcription module: gpt-4o-transcribe-diarize. With this model, it is automatically recognized when a different speaker is talking.

This makes transcribing interviews, customer conversations, or meetings with colleagues much more organized. The text is immediately divided by person (for example Speaker A and Speaker B), so you spend less time manually editing conversation transcripts. The improved transcription with speaker recognition is used automatically when you start the transcription module for your audio recordings.

In addition, we have added Gemini 3.5 Flash to the range of language models. This model is specifically designed for speed and efficiency. It is ideally suited for tasks where you need immediate results, such as generating short text suggestions, quickly translating correspondence, or answering factual questions during your work.

You can easily select the new Gemini model via the model selector in chat. This lets you switch directly to Gemini’s speed when the situation calls for it.

Creating documents within AI-Corporate has now become even more powerful. You can now choose between two different workflows: Free input and using Templates. This gives you the right balance between flexibility and the required business guidelines at all times.

When you choose Free input, you create a document based on a prompt. This gives you maximum freedom to define the content and structure of, for example, a unique project proposal or a creative text. The AI helps you with the setup, after which you can refine the result directly.

In addition, AI-Corporate now supports working with Templates. These are fixed formats that have been prepared by your own organization in the management environment. Think of standard formats for work instructions, official policy documents, or quarterly reports. By working with templates, you can be sure that the document immediately complies with the applicable corporate style and quality standards. The AI automatically fills in the fields in the template based on your instructions, after which you can review the final details via a clear form.

AI-Corporate has updated the real-time models for voice chat. Gemini Live has been upgraded to Gemini Live 3.1 and OpenAI Realtime has been upgraded to OpenAI Realtime 2. With this update, voice chat is once again faster, more natural, and more pleasant to use. Conversations feel smoother, spoken questions are processed better, and responses align more closely with the context of the conversation. This is useful when you use AI-Corporate to ask questions verbally, discuss documents or processes, prepare customer questions, or quickly develop ideas without typing. Voice chat therefore remains an efficient way to work with AI. You do not need to install anything yourself. The new models are available in voice chat.

AI-Corporate has a new feature: Text to audio. It lets you convert text directly into an audio file. That’s useful for training scripts, internal explainer videos, knowledge base articles, onboarding materials, and spoken versions of documents.

You start from the dashboard via Text to audio below the input field. A larger input field then appears, allowing you to enter longer texts or scripts comfortably. After generation, the audio file appears directly in the chat. You can play it there with the audio player and download it with the download button.

Use the settings button to adjust the speech. You can choose the model, language, and voice, among other things. With the system prompt, you can provide additional instructions for pronunciation, tone, pace, accent, and technical terms. This allows you to tailor the audio to your organization’s preferred communication style.

You can save your preferences to your account. AI-Corporate will then remember, among other things, the model, language, voice, and system prompt

AI-Corporate now integrates more deeply with European AI providers. Mistral AI, the French AI specialist already used for chat conversations, can now also be utilized for general background tasks within your organization. Additionally, the availability of Flux models from the German company Black Forest Labs is new.

Mistral AI now performs background tasks that AI-Corporate processes automatically: summarizing documents, extracting text from images and PDFs, converting speech to text, and generating embeddings for search functionality. At the top of the settings page, you can choose whether these tasks are performed by OpenAI or Mistral.

The Flux image generation models from Black Forest Labs are a strong European addition — Mistral AI also uses this company for image generation in Le Chat. As an administrator or professional, you maintain control over which AI technology is active in AI-Corporate through the settings. This deeper integration of European models reduces dependence on non-European providers — a conscious choice for organizations focusing on digital resilience.

Google has released Nano Banana 2, a powerful image generation model built on Gemini Flash technology. The model combines high image quality with fast generation speed and is now available within AI-Corporate.

Compared to the previous version, Nano Banana 2 offers concrete improvements: sharper details, more vibrant colors, more accurate text representation in images, and stronger style consistency. Additionally, the model features enhanced context understanding, allowing prompts to be translated more accurately into the desired visual outcome.

For businesses, this opens up new possibilities for generating and customizing professional imagery — think presentations, marketing materials, infographics, product visualizations, and visual support for reports or communications. Editing existing images is also among the possibilities.

AI-Corporate is now also available as a desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The web version remains suitable for most tasks, but the desktop app offers additional capabilities that cannot be achieved in the browser.

Why a desktop app? With the desktop application, you can:

• Run AI locally (optionally via Ollama)
  Ideal for sensitive information: data does not leave your computer. Additionally, there are no extra API costs for local models.
• Work directly with local files
  Opening, analyzing, and saving documents can be done directly on your computer, without needing to upload first. Convenient for reports, notes, and browsing folders.
• Use local connections (MCP servers)
  Some integrations work via the command line and are therefore only possible in the desktop app.

Note: logging in works differently In the desktop app, you log in with email + password. If you use a different method in the web version (e.g., Google or Microsoft), first set a password via your account settings.

The mobile app offers the same core functionality as the web version, but in an interface that is better suited for smaller screens and touch control. For professionals, the mobile app is especially useful in situations where a laptop is less practical, such as on the go, between appointments, or when preparing work outside the office. Checking something or continuing work can be done immediately, without a fixed workspace.

Think of reports, policy papers, notes, contracts, quotes, or project documentation. For example: “Create a brief summary for each document, highlight the key points, and formulate one concrete action.” AI Corporate then generates a response for each file in the same clear format.

Additionally, you can provide extra documents as context, such as guidelines, frameworks, or strategic goals. This way, you quickly gain an overview of your documents and work more consistently and efficiently.

AI models are getting better and better. Not just the large ones, but also the smaller ones. In practice, lightweight models can now handle most questions quite well. They are faster, cheaper, and often more than sufficient.

That’s why we have added a new way to work with models: the thinking model. Currently, this feature is only set up with Gemini 3.0 Pro. By default, you use a fast, small model for daily questions.

If you need more depth, for example in a more complex analysis or longer reasoning, you can activate the larger model via the brain icon next to the send button. For Gemini 3.0 Pro, this is linked to Gemini 2.5 Flash. This keeps the experience fast and smooth, with extra thinking power at your fingertips when needed.

Other models, such as GPT-5.2, work as you are used to and do not have this setting. In the coming period, we will evaluate how this way of working is experienced. Based on that, we will consider whether to implement this more broadly with other models.
