Features

Through Features you determine which functions employees may use. AI-Corporate does not have student settings here.

At the environment level you choose for each feature Allow or Block. Only add an organization or branch exception when it differs from the default. Without an exception, the parent setting is inherited; a higher block cannot be overridden lower down.

The centrally managed employee features are:

• voice chat;
• creating documents and HTML;
• MCP and connectors.

Provider-specific tools are managed separately under Tools. Daily quotas remain under Limits.
