System Prompts
Through System Prompts you determine which fixed instructions AI-Corporate receives with every new chat from an employee. They, for example, direct tone, terminology, target audience, and organizational frameworks.
Environment and Exceptions
In Environment you set the default prompt. On the second tab you only add organization or branch exceptions where additional local context is needed. An exception is added on top of the environment prompt and does not replace it.
The server combines the built-in default prompt, the environment prompt, the organization's or branch's prompt, and any personal prompt. Use the highest level for fixed rules and exceptions for local agreements.
With View Standard System Prompt you see the built-in prompt. With Use Standard Prompt you reset the input to that text. If the field is empty, the standard prompt is automatically used.
