Google Calendar
The Google Calendar integration gives the AI assistant in AI-Corporate read access to your primary Google Calendar. This lets you ask questions about your appointments, search your calendar, and review your schedule. The integration cannot create, modify, or move appointments.
Requirements
- Your administrator has enabled Google Workspace in the admin environment, via Tools → MCP → Suite shortcuts.
- You are allowed to use integrations in your environment.
- Your organization uses a custom Google app.
- You have a Google account with a Google Calendar, for example your work account.
- You choose an available AI model that can use tools. The integration is not limited to OpenAI.

- Under Tool settings → Integrations, in Provided by your organization, switch on Google Calendar.
- Sign in with your Google account and give permission for read access to your calendar.
- Start a chat and ask your question. Google Calendar is now available by default in your chats.
You can also click Google Calendar in the Tools block on the dashboard. If needed, you will sign in to Google, and a chat with this integration will start immediately.
Privacy and security
The Google Calendar integration only requests read access:
- ✅ View and search appointments in your primary calendar
- ❌ No creating, modifying, or deleting appointments
- ❌ No sending invitations
Access tokens are encrypted and stored server-side only. If you turn off the last Google integration under Preferences, the connection to your Google account is disconnected. You can also revoke access via Google Account Security.
Limitations
- Only your primary calendar is read; other calendars, such as shared or subscribed calendars, are not.
- A maximum of 25 appointments is retrieved per task.
- If your Google connection has expired, Preferences will show the Reconnect button.
Business use cases
