The real-time chatbot in AI-Corporate can now use tools during a conversation. This allows you to ask current questions and look up information whenever it is needed.

Web search is automatically available in all environments. The chatbot can use OpenAI’s native web search function to look up current information and incorporate it into its response.

The manual search function also works automatically in the background. This means that questions about how AI-Corporate works can be supported with relevant information from the manual.

In addition, when relevant, the chatbot can search your own previous chats. This feature only searches within your own chat history, in the same environment and within the configured retention period.

Administrators can also choose to make weather lookup, Wikipedia, and Wolfram Alpha available. This can be useful, for example, when planning a meeting, checking background information, or performing calculations and analyses.

You do not need to start a separate step for this: the real-time chatbot uses the available tools whenever they can help answer your question.
