AI-Corporate offers more control over first and last names in chat messages. Administrators can configure how privacy protection handles detected names for each category.

Names can be allowed through unchanged, masked as initials, or cause the chat message to be blocked before it is sent to the AI. Masking keeps the context easier to understand without sharing the full name.

This is useful for teams working on customer communications, process documents, reports, or internal proposals, especially when they have different agreements regarding personal data.

This setting helps you align the protection of personal data more closely with your organization’s privacy policy.

Administrators can manage this setting via Privacy Protection (PII) in the administration environment.
