A refreshed Knowledge Base, with a personal space for knowledge

The Knowledge Base has been refreshed. You can now find organizational knowledge alongside your personal notes. Use the search function to find information across its different sections. You can also pin important items.

New is the personal knowledge base. For example, type or say “Remember this” in a chat or voice conversation to save a process, experience, or agreement. You can also add a note yourself, use labels, and edit or delete existing items.

AI-Corporate can use your saved knowledge when it’s relevant to a later conversation. You can identify personal items used as Sources by the “Personal:” label. Only you can see the knowledge in your personal knowledge base.

Organizational knowledge remains available separately. Published documents and links can be made available to employees. Documents intended for a specific department appear under My departments for the relevant employees. This helps teams find work instructions and process agreements where they need them.
