With knowledge base documents, you can share work instructions, policy agreements, process documents, and other organizational knowledge in AI-Corporate. Employees can read this information via Knowledge Base → My knowledge base and use it in conversations with AI.
For example, search for internal agreements on the use of AI, a customer process, or communication guidelines. Open a document to view its contents. Published documents within the appropriate scope can automatically be included as relevant sources in a regular chat conversation. Employees therefore do not need to add these documents to a chat themselves.
For example, ask: What are our agreements on using AI in customer communications? Name the document used. Always check the answer, especially when the information affects processes, customers, or decision-making.
Text assistants can also be configured to consult the Knowledge Base first when answering questions about internal agreements. In the assistant instructions, specify that the assistant should name the source and indicate when no suitable answer is available in the Knowledge Base. Do not upload the same documents to the assistant again, and always test the instructions in a new conversation.
Administrators open the Knowledge Base via Administration → Knowledge Base. Click the plus sign and choose Add document or Add source file. Enter the title, type, description, tags, and content. Then check the status and access scope before saving.
First save a new document as Draft. A draft is visible only to administrators. After reviewing it, choose Published to make the document visible and searchable. Administrators can make the document available to the entire organization or to one or more branches. After processing, use an employee account to check that the document is easy to find and use, and keep the content up to date.
This keeps important organizational knowledge available in one place, allowing teams to use it more quickly and consistently in AI-Corporate.
